The buyer undertakes to pay the seller a reservation fee for the animal’s reservation immediately after the electronic reservation of the selected animal has been made, non-cash to the seller’s bank account / in person in cash at the establishment. This reservation fee is non-refundable, unless the facts stated in the Reservation Agreement occur. This part of the money is deducted from the total price at the time of signing the contract of sale.

Step 2: Purchase agreemen

No later than 3 months from the performed electronic reservation (conclusion of the Reservation Agreement), a contract on the future purchase contract or purchase agreement will be concluded.

At the time of the conclusion of the contract of sale, the animal will be fully vaccinated, microchipped and socialized. The kitten will undergo veterinary control, the results of which will be included in his veterinary passport. After signing the purchase and sale agreement and paying the full price for the kitten (taking into account the deduction of the paid reservation), the buyer will receive the kitten with full documentation regarding it (with a pedigree, veterinary passport). In case of personal transfer, we give preference to cash payment.

Important information:

The price of a kitten depends on the purpose of acquiring the animal.
1. The animal as a pet = the obligation to castrate the animal in the 6th month.
2. Breeding animal = up to twice the price

The payment will be divided into 2 parts. It is possible to buy only the kittens that we offer ourselves. A list of kittens will be created for this purpose. It will be possible to pick up the kitten after the first payment and after signing all legal documents.
But in this case, the price of a kitten will be slightly higher.

An advance binding reservation has many benefits and no drawbacks.

Paying the reservation fee allows you to secure the kitten before its birth.

What are the benefits?

2. After payment, you get the right of first choice, that is, you will see the kittens even before they are available for reservation on the site. You can choose any kitten that your soul responds to.
3. This reservation guarantees you to be the first to receive news about the process and as soon as the cat gives birth, you immediately receive a message and photos of the newborns..
4. If you don’t like any of the kittens that are born, your money will be returned immediately.

The choice of a kitten is possible already at the age of two weeks. If you make your choice, then the reservation you paid becomes non-refundable and this amount will be deducted from the price of the kitten when signing the contract and hand over the kitten to you. After your choice, the kitten is assigned to you and can no longer be shown on the website or in other Internet sources of the cattery, as offered for reservation or sale.
